INTERIOR ENERGY

Heat transfer coefficient of Uf=1.0 W/m2K profiles places the EMV IDEAL 8000 system among the solutions of fundamental importance for investors interested in energy-efficient constructions. These results could have been made due to increasing the installation depth of the profiles to 85 mm, application of the six-chamber profile design and engineering of the three-gasket system. Application of 51 cm wide energy-saving glazing packages allows us to manufacture windows with very low heat penetrability. For example, a 1230 x 1480 mm reference window including a glazing package that features heat coefficient Ug=0.5 W/m2K achieves thermal insulation coefficient Uw=0.76 W/m2K, i.e. it meets the requirements for windows as part of so-called passive structures. The IDEAL 8000 system is a classic structure including middle seal, which guarantees above-average properties in terms of structural, thermal and acoustic insulation.

TIGHTNESS AND SILENCE

Safetec inside - it is much better protection against intrusion; the EMV Ideal 8000 system is one of few systems on the market that are equipped with so-called "classic middle seal".
Extruded centre joint - to which the third internal gasket is firmly attached - ensures better tightness of the entire structure, improves thermal and acoustic properties, and hinders battering down the sash by blocking access to the fittings.

TRIPLE-SEAL SYSTEM

A system of three seals applied to the EMV IDEAL 8000 series not only provides greater tightness of the entire structure, but also longer life of fitting mechanisms, which are isolated from external conditions in so-called dry chamber. This guarantees better performance of fitting components and trouble-free operation of windows.

Maco Multi Power standard fitting system
MULTI POWER System includes concealed fittings installed as part of wooden and PVC windows. It hinders battering down spaces equipped with RC 3 class system; except that it provides a solid insulation. The MULTI POWER fittings are applied as part of window sashes up to 130 kg and door leaves up to 150 kg. The MULTI POWER System can also be used in windows with a very narrow profile which does not exceed 10 mm. Due to its adaptation to floor thresholds, the hinge side meets requirements for disabled persons according to DIN 18040 and ÖN B 1600.

EMV IDEAL 7000


EMV IDEAL 7000 is a system to make use of the properties of profiles and double glazing units for the purpose of creating windows with very low thermal transmittance.

As part of the test, thermal transmittance coefficient of profiles Uf=1.1-1.0 W/m2K is obtained, and in combination with wider and warmer glazing packages - up to 51 mm wide - the system guarantees the best thermal parameters of windows.
The EMV Ideal 7000 EMV is a system that is equipped with an external seal, which ensures an energy-efficient solution for fixed glazed constructions, with no need to apply adapters. A large chamber with a solid steel reinforcement guarantees stability of the frame. This system allows the frames to be freely combined with other 85 mm deep profiles

EMV IDEAL 4000


70 mm deep profiles along with large chambers for steel reinforcements guarantee optimal static parameters and allow to make windows of large dimensions at the same time.
As part of configuration including a new semi-faced sash, the EMV IDEAL 4000 system allows creation of even warmer structures with 48 mm wide glazing packages.
