INNOVO 60mm panel
A unique design of the 60mm thick Innovo panel allows for excellent heat transfer parameters. At the same time, it is an excellent base for building the shell. Special solutions, such as the 5-layer sheet metal bending system, ensure stable fastening of the elements, which further increases strength of the structure.

03 UniPro gate

INNOVO 60mm panel
Characteristics of sectional doors:
- gate sash made of 40mm steel panels filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam
- construction made of galvanized steel elements
- gate sash moves along vertical and horizontal ceiling guides
- the gate is sealed around the entire perimeter
- in the lower panel a seal adjacent to the ground is installed
- seal between the upper panel, and the lintel is provided by a gasket fitted to the top panel or fixed to the lintel
- the panels are equipped with a finger trap protection and gaskets at the point of contact between the two panels
- sectional doors are available in manual and automatic options

FUNCTIONALITY AND SECURITY
1. Specially profiled panels (internal and external) prevent fingers from getting trapped within the connection area and in the hinge and wicket door installation areas.
2. The wire breakage protection prevents the door sash from falling down freely if the supporting wires are damaged.
3. Integrated torsion spring fracture protection ensures maximum safety.
4. Perimeter gaskets ensure proper thermal and acoustic insulation.
5. The overload protection in the event of contact with an obstacle, stops the door leaf and then moves it upwards.
6. Photocells ensure that the door stops and returns to the open position if an obstacle appears within the clear height. (option)
